All these processes have taken place thanks to the intervention of researchers who mediated so that these collections became part of the documentary heritage of the CCHS and were integrated into the Tomás Navarro Tomás Library. This guarantees the patrimonial and scientific value of the documentation, guaranteed by the report provided by the interested researchers, as well as its conservation, access and use for research according to the conditions established in the donation. In addition to the researchers, the owners of the documentation play an essential role in this process, whether they are the scientists themselves or their heirs. It is the management of the library that has coordinated all these stages, in which it has the technical advice of the archive, the latter intervening only directly in the collection and reception of the materials, as well as in the technical treatment and their custody. The collections that have been incorporated are: the Lorenzo Rodríguez Castellano archive, the Pedro Martínez Montávez archive, the Antonio García y Bellido slide collection and the Margarita Salas archive. To this we have to add the collection of 25 Digital Betacam videotapes from the production company Story Board through Jorge Martínez Reverte.
