The scientific publication of the CSIC centres in Catalonia joins the Portal de la Recerca de Catalunya (PRC)

Abstract

The CSIC is the largest Public Research Organization in our country and one of the most outstanding at European level. The results of this scientific activity are usually made known through publications of all kinds (articles, books, book chapters, presentations and communications at congresses, etc.). Since 2016, the Portal de la Recerca de Catalunya (PRC) has the purpose of visualizing and disseminating the research activity carried out by the universities and research centers of that Autonomous Community. To date, the CSIC centers in Catalonia had not been reflected in the PRC. This initiative aims to contribute and give greater visibility to the bibliographic production carried out by researchers from the more than twenty centers that the CSIC has in Catalonia.
