Abstract

The proposal for the modification of some positions of the CSIC Libraries RPT that has been promoted by the Subdirectorate General of Human Resources of the CSIC and in which the Libraries Coordination Unit has worked (approved in April 2007) aimed to find a solution to 2 types of problems that have been dragging on for several years in our institution.
