At the beginning of 2007 the Ministry of Culture and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) received an invitation from Common Ground to hold the V International Congress on the Future of the Book in Madrid. Common Ground is an Australian company, which for the last 4 years has been organizing this kind of meetings all over the world in collaboration with the University of Melbourne.
