Abstract

On other occasions we have discussed in these pages the payment of the lending fee (for example, Enredadera 13 and 14) and the actions carried out from different areas to try to prevent its application in Spain and that the European directive that regulates it (Directive 2006/115/EC) be repealed or modified so that a basic library service is not taxed.
