Abstract

According to TAW, accessibility can be defined as "access to the information contained in Web sites without any limitation due to impairment, disability or technology used". In the Law 34/2002 of June 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) in its fifth additional provision we can read: "One. The Public Administrations shall adopt the necessary measures so that the information available on their respective Internet pages can be accessible to disabled and elderly people in accordance with the accessibility criteria [...]".
