Abstract

The Library Cooperation Council (CCB) is a body created by Royal Decree 1573/2007, of November 30, 2007, as a development of Law 10/2007, of June 22, 2007, on reading, books and libraries, with the general objective of promoting collaboration between libraries of different types and the different administrations that have powers in this area to achieve the improvement of library services offered to society. The CCB operates through several bodies: Plenary, Permanent Commission, Technical Collaboration Commissions and Working Groups.
