Abstract

A tenured scientist at the Institute of Philosophy (IFS) of the CSIC until a few months ago, José Luis González Quirós holds a PhD in Philosophy from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been assistant professor of Philosophy of Nature and adjunct professor of Foundations of Philosophy and History of Philosophy at the same University, among other teaching positions. He has also held the positions of deputy director of studies of the official Institute of Radio and Television and general secretary of Fundesco. He is also a member of the Escuela Contemporánea de Humanidades (Madrid) where he directs its Research Seminar.
