Abstract

In October "Agora" was released, the fifth work of Alejandro Amenábar with great success at the box office and reviews for all tastes. The director of "Mar adentro" has radically changed genre and offers us a historical drama in the purest style of Hollywood blockbusters, a péplum with many extras and spectacular sets that inevitably reminds us of Spartacus, Cleopatra or Ben Hur.
