Abstract

Traditionally, the management secretaries, managers, computer scientists, etc. were in charge of verifying and filling in the databases sent by the CSIC to the centers and institutes to prepare the annual research reports. Nowadays, this has become the tool used to measure a very important part of the PCO (productivity by fulfillment of objectives) of the CSIC centers and institutes.
