Evaluating the performance of library staff

Abstract

This work is divided into three parts. The first deals with the fundamentals of staff evaluation, the second part describes seven experiences in chapters related to staff evaluation and the most suitable profiles for the job within the university environment, and the third part addresses topics also related to staff evaluation, introducing group evaluation, self-evaluation, etc.
