The Aranguren archive digitization project. Tomás Navarro Library Tomás (CCHS)

Abstract

The commitment to digitalisation is a trend in libraries that has intensified over the last ten years and in which archives have not remained on the sidelines. Following this trend in the professional environment, the library of the Institute of Philosophy, currently integrated into the Tomás Navarro Tomás Library (CCHS), launched the first project in 2001 to organise, catalogue and digitalise the José Luis López Aranguren collection. Information is provided on the development of the project in its different stages, with the final result of making the digitised documents available to researchers in 2011.
