Migrating Digital.CSIC to DSpace 1.6.2

On October 18, 2010, coinciding with the start of the International Open Access Week, Digital.CSIC launched its update to version DSpace 1.6.2. The first design of Digital.CSIC began in early 2008 on version 1.3.X of DSpace and at the end of that same year it went into production on version 1.4.2. This is, therefore, the second version change that the institutional repository has made to improve the performance of its platform and incorporate new software features.
