On the morning of December 7, 2011, a working day between two holidays, a user informed us that a waterfall was falling on four mobile shelves that surround the entire perimeter of this warehouse, which occupies 200 m² and has 2,900 m of shelves. Inexplicably, it was designed with a removable plaster ceiling that inevitably hides a large network of water pipes. Fortunately, this has been the first accident, and hopefully the last. The physical surveillance of librarians and the security service is the only tool against this risk.
