Abstract

The Interlibrary Loan (IL) service, one of the “star” services of our library network, satisfies both the information needs of our users by obtaining documents that are not in their library, and it handles requests from external libraries for documents from our collection. This service is provided supported by a good catalogue and the library staff that handles it.
