Abstract

“Mendel the book-dealer” is a short story that contains a beautiful and endearing story written by the great Viennese author Stefan Zweig. The action takes place in Vienna, at the beginning of the 20th century, in one of its characteristic cafés and its protagonists are books and a great lover of them.
