From Goobi to SIMURG: a cycle

Abstract

The acquisition and implementation of the Goobi software and its associated viewer, together with an aerial scanner, responds to the change in the digitization policy of the CSIC Library and Archive Network. Apart from the possibility of continuing to outsource digitization projects, the Network has acquired through these tools the autonomy and flexibility necessary to be able to continue maintaining a constant flow of growth in digitized collections.
