Since the launch of the Tomás Navarro Tomás Library of the CSIC's Centre for Human and Social Sciences in 2007, I have been a regular user of its efficient Interlibrary Loan Service (IP), having processed a number of requests close to a thousand. I believe that this gives me a certain perspective to evaluate the new application for the management of the Document Obtaining Service (SOD) of the CSIC Library and Archive Network, launched a few months ago, and perhaps to make some minimal suggestions for its better functioning.
