Abstract

The IMB‐CNM is a centre dedicated to the research and application of innovative technologies for the development of micro and nanosystems based on silicon and its derivatives. Funded through public and private projects in the field of microelectronics and emerging micro/nano technologies, with the aim of responding to the internal technological needs of the scientific community and the Spanish and international industry.
