The periodic implementation of satisfaction surveys of users of the CSIC Library and Archive Network is part of the successive CSIC Quality Management Plans (2010-2013 and 2014-2017), specifically, in Project 9 on Quality in the Scientific Information Service and Libraries. Surveys are a fundamental tool for determining the degree of satisfaction with the services provided by the CSIC Library and Archive Network. The first survey was carried out in 2012 and the second in 2014, so that the evolution in this period can be seen. As was the case with the survey carried out in 2012, the results have been very positive, not only because of the percentages of satisfaction obtained but also because of the comments and suggestions received, which give many clues as to what is going well, what can be improved and what users would like.
