Budget

Abstract

Five years have passed since our last intervention in this section of Enredadera. Many things have happened during this period, there have been some ups and downs, difficulties of a work and administration nature, but I think that in the end we have grown from where we started, at least as far as our collections are concerned. Thanks to the investment effort of the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, we have a first-class digital collection and the various gaps that may have existed in the specialty have been filled. The Institute of Theoretical Physics has also been acquiring the funds needed for the library to support its research and training activities. This drive has also led us to collaborate with the Scientific Information Resources Unit for Research (URICI) in the acquisition of important series of electronic books in our specialty.
