Communication in the CSIC Libraries and Archives Network

Abstract

Traditionally, libraries and archives have played an important role in the communication strategy of the institutions they serve, being of great relevance to guarantee the dissemination and access to available resources. The dissemination policy has been evolving in recent years, partly thanks to the adoption of 2.0 tools, substantially modifying the way of communication and dissemination, opening up new models and facilitating a faster and higher quality approach to users.
