User satisfaction survey 2016

Since 2012, every two years, the CSIC Library and Archives Network has conducted user satisfaction surveys as a fundamental tool for determining the degree of satisfaction with the services it provides. The last of these surveys took place between 31 May and 10 June 2016. 801 responses were received, of which 792 were valid, giving it a confidence level of 99% and a margin of error of just over 4.5%.
