The use of the off-campus access service to electronic resources now easier for users

There is no doubt that access to electronic resources, and especially to journals, is nowadays a central core of library services for the research community in the areas of science and technology. It was therefore worrying to note, in the results of the survey of users of the CSIC Libraries and Archives Network in 2014, that it was this service that received the lowest rating (8.2 out of 10, with 5% of users dissatisfied).
