Abstract

Presentation of the analysis of the results of the CSIC Libraries and Archives Network staff satisfaction survey carried out in 2017 in which a positive overall assessment is confirmed, as was the case in the previous survey of 2014, although concerns about the future of the Network are sensed after a few years of gradual reduction of staff, resources and libraries.
