Abstract

Since 2012 the CSIC Libraries and Archives Network has been conducting user satisfaction surveys every 2 years as part of the CSIC Quality Plan and as a means to know the degree of satisfaction with the services provided to them. In 2018 the survey took place between June 20 and 29. A total of 479 responses were received, representing a significant drop in participation compared to previous surveys. Despite this, the results are still representative and maintain the positive trend of previous surveys. Thus, satisfaction percentages and very high average scores continue to be achieved, with data, in general, very similar to those of 2014. In addition, the comments and suggestions received continue to be useful to know the strengths and weaknesses of the service.
