CRUE takes a stance on Open Science

It traces the development of Open Access from the initiative signed in Budapest in 2002, the role of institutional repositories and reactions of the publishing market such as the article processing fee, to the concept of Open Science. The roadmap of the European Open Science Agenda, the planS and the initiatives of the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE) in this context.
