The events of the week of March 9-13, days prior to the confinement, marked the beginning of the SURAD staff to organize themselves to work from home to avoid cutting the service to the entire network, since the entry of interlibrary loan requests to the CSIC is centralized. Mª Ángeles Cuadrado, Rafael Tabernero, Marisol Sánchez-Cañete and myself, the four of us have been on the job since that week, keeping the service open. The initial instructions from URICI on March 12 regarding IPs were to register the IPs of the addresses in the GTBib application for document retrieval and interlibrary loan management and, if necessary, the activation of access to the VDI desktop via VPN. And so we proceeded, registering the IPs in GTBib in a generalized way to the IP librarians of the CSIC Network who requested it, since it was the initially available option. We also informed the users of the Plan100%Digital that they would continue to receive teleworking services with some restrictions due to the closure of suppliers.
