Teleworking: a challenge overcome?

Abstract

This sad period that we have had to live through has affected all of us to a greater or lesser extent. Leaving aside the hardest part, that of the health of so many affected, I am going to relate my experience in this period from the point of view of work and family life. In our case, my wife and I have been able to telework and we have three small children who have been getting by with their respective homework. As I am sure has happened to almost all of you, we have gone through different emotional phases. Fear and worry, lack of social relationships and lack of physical exercise have undoubtedly been the worst obstacles.
