Maintaining the same level of work and service in these times of global pandemic has been a formidable challenge. The tasks that the collection management team tackles each year around the months of March-June have been altered in form, but not in substance. For us, this is a time to study the data on the use of resources in the previous year, to evaluate new information tools and, above all, to assess new offers from publishers, which in the last two years we have been trying to turn into transformative agreements.
